🛴 The gap that appeared since your little ones started school.
😔 The gap that eats you up inside when you see a job role that requires 40-hour weeks + travel,
knowing that you can either realistically do a third of that or leave your heart at home when you do, and neither feels good!💔
📑The gap that you try and fill in with a mile-long to-do list that never ends
... and ends up making you feel exhausted.😩
🍷🍷🍷 The gap you desperately cover up by ‘relaxing’ in front of the TV with a glass (or 2) each night,
😖 because the thought of doing the things that rip your heart apart the next day is too much to bear…
😞 The gap that gets bigger and deeper every time you miss a school play just to finish that presentation your boss asked you.
😠 The gap that causes you to get angrier at yourself because you’ve not had the chance to sit and BE with your kids,
😣 because you are too busy doing all the things you think they need forgetting the most important thing they really want – your undivided attention for just 5 minutes a day!🥺
😖 The gap that leaves you frustrated because you haven’t had a chance to BE with yourself in peace and quiet, even for 10 minutes a day
😞 because you are too busy thinking about what is next and resenting it at the same time!
🛑 This has got to stop…🛑
I get it.
and I know you cannot go on like this for much longer
The good news is...
You don’t have to 'fill the gap' with anything else…
and it is easier to close it than you might think!
