Episode 127 - Are You Quiet Quitting on Yourself?

Welcome to another episode of Finding Serenity in the Midst of Chaos Podcast! This week, one of my clients asked:

"How will I know the difference between letting go and not caring anymore?"

She was experiencing a great lack of enthusiasm at the start of the year and she had recently heard the expression 'quiet quitting'.

"Am I quietly quitting?" she asked me.

What a great question! This is what we covered in this episode. My brief answer (on quiet quitting) was, a little controversial! Well, as you would expect😉

Quiet quitting may be seen as quitting on your employer and only doing the bare minimum... but in my interpretation and experience, all you are doing is quitting on yourself🤯 denying yourself the opportunity to grow, evolve and change! because you no longer care about what you do or how you do it!

You become a slave to money (a monthly 'guaranteed' paycheque) and You stop creating!
