Thanks for joining another episode of Finding Serenity in the Midst of Chaos Podcast. This week we are back with Daniel and talking about 4 daily habits that can help you create focus and consistency in your day.

As Daniel experiences his focus and consistency in his work decreases as the week progresses, even though he is clear on his goal and what he needs to focus on. He just finds it hard to focus on studying or doing the things he needs to do daily to succeed.

So today, I gave him 4 habits he can focus on to increase his mental focus and his physical energy levels so that he can reduce overwhelm and tap into his inner power to achieve great results and make decisions more easily.

Those habits are:

- Getting good sleep/rest

- Fuelling your body correctly- hydration and good food

- Meditation to increase his focus.

- Physical exercise
