Episode 91 -Are you repeating habits for success or recreating unwanted experiences?

“Repetition is the mother of all learning”

How many times do you tell yourself?

☹ I don't have time to exercise!

😴 I like my morning sleep too much.

🥱 I can't get up early

😫 I am too busy/tired to meditate!

I get it. It feels hard!

Have you considered that all of the above are actually just 'excuses' you come up with to justify your behaviour, even though you know it is BS (belief system😉)

Listen, It is not a matter of whether you can or cannot do what you want to do 🤔

it is a matter of habits!💡💥💥

You see your brain seeks comfort and familiarity!

and did you know it is your habits that tell your brain that everything is OK- because it is familiar?


💡 If you don't exercise, because you are not in the habit of exercising

💡 If you don't get up early, because you are not in the habit of getting up early

💡 If you don't meditate because you are not in the habit of meditating

💡 If you don't do ____ because you are not in the habit of doing ____

As simple as that!😮

You might be thinking, "But it is hard to change your habits!" if that's you,

I get it, everyone tells you it is hard to change your habits,

reinforcing (repeating) this sort of thinking😉.

You see, in fact, It is simple and it is possible when

You decide

you commit and

you repeat!😉😍

It might just take some time and patience from you 😉😍

P.S. This applies to all the unhelpful thoughts that you have been repeating over the years about yourself like:

'I am not enough, I am too fat, I am not qualified enough, I am not rich enough, I am [undesired quality] or I am not [desired quality] enough...'

So remember to be gentle with yourself when you don't see the result you aspire to immediately

because you are not only trying to build new habits...

but you are unlearning the old, unhelpful habits!🤯🥰
