Gratitude is the attitude, right?

๐ If you are like most people, then the chances are you are probably already realising you operate in level 1 most of your life! It is easily done!
๐คจ If you have some awareness and in your personal development journey you may be operating on level 2 some of the time but not always because it is so easy to stay in level 1 due to external circumstances.
๐ I can tell you that I stopped operating at level 1 a long time ago. it was a decision I made and changed everything for me.
๐ฅฐ At level 2, things are wonderful and it really grounds you.

It may be incomprehensible to be grateful for the things you do not yet have, but I am telling you it is a game-changer.
I have been practising level 3 of gratitude for the past 5 years, inconsistently.
Starting today, I am committing to practice it daily.
